Hi, I’m Shenna Hayden, founder of Unicorn Career Lab. I’m passionate about helping teens and college students step confidently into the workforce through resume development, interview practice, and personalized coaching. My mission is simple: help young people connect with opportunities that move them toward their long‑term goals.

I’ve reviewed more than 1,000 resumes in my career as a nonprofit executive and have hired countless young people stepping into their very first jobs. I also support adults through executive‑level coaching — several have landed their dream roles with my guidance.

And not to brag, but every interview I’ve personally been on has resulted in a job offer. I understand how to present strengths, tell a compelling story, and show up with confidence and I love teaching others to do the same.
